Afternoon snack

Hello! I went to my harp gathering this afternoon, and during our break, my harp teacher brought out cheese and crackers. If you know me, you know my love for cheese is indescribable, so you can only imagine how excited I was to eat! She brought out two kinds: Camembert and Blarney Castle.

Camembert:

A very soft, gooey cheese that only gets creamier over time. It dates back to the 18th century and one of France's famous cheeses. Camembert the name of a village in France where this cheese was introduced to Napoleon. Napoleon enjoyed it so much and soon Camembert became famous for this cheese.

Blarney Castle:

A semi-hard cheese made in the fields of Ireland. It's natural and does not use any artificial additives or flavor. Its taste is not overpowering; it is similar to Gouda cheese. This is a perfect cheese you can use in sandwiches or crumble on top of salads. Maybe you can try putting in your macaroni and cheese!

Both cheeses pair perfectly with fresh fruit ,like grape, and red wine! I wish I could have tried it with the wine. Too bad I'm still underage!!!
