This past summer, my friends and I took a relaxing trip to Santa Cruz. Oh my oh my we tasted some of the best food. There were plenty of local cafes and restaurants within the city, and we were lucky enough to visit a few. About an hour south of Santa Cruz is Monterey Bay. We ate dinner at The Fish Hopper, a seafood restaurant located at Historic Cannery Row with a gorgeous view of the Pacific Ocean.
Onto the good stuff! Look at this puppy; this is the Seafood Rissoto. On top of the creamy rissoto were shrimp stuffed crab cakes, grilled scallops, and asparagus. each ingredient complimented each other, and putting a little bit of everything in one bite just made sense. The rissoto was $30, but I think it was definitely worth the price. They give you a big serving, so it's very filling. Trust me; you'll never get disappointed ordering this dish.
